HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?
Spruce Supply Co. gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
All gifts are shipped from Spruce Supply Co. via Ground. Gifts usually arrive to destinations in the Pacific Northwest within one business day, California and the Rocky Mountains in three business days, the midwest in four business days, and the Northeast and Southeast in five business days. Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates, and that we do not guarantee delivery dates. If you need a gift to arrive on a specific day or expedited, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
At this time, if you would like to send gifts to different recipients, you will need to create a separate purchase for each recipient. If you would like to send several gifts to different recipients, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to process your order for you!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Please contact us if you would like to ship internationally so that we can work to find you the very best rate. International shipping is subject to the tariff restrictions of the recipient country.
WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR GIFT BOXES?
All of our gifts are packaged in a white gift box featuring a ribbon and includes an insert with product/maker details and an optional notecard with custom message. If you are looking for something different in terms of packaging, please get in touch via our contact tab and let’s talk details!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking great! If your gift arrives worse for the wear, let us know and we will make it right! Otherwise, due to the time and love we put into making each gift, all sales are final.
